I have previously had HVAC services performed by Quality but this time I was able to experience their plumbing team. After my hot water heater failed and water started coming into my home they were able to come in, remove my old tank, clean up the install area and install a brand new unit in about 5 hours! Professional and responsible, this team is literally my go to for not just HVAC, but plumbing now too! I can't say enough great things about this company as a whole! I was very impressed from the quote all the way to the follow-up after the install! Terry is down to earth and able to explain things simply! The installation crew that came to do the job were courteous, professional and just an overall great group! When the job was done, you couldn't even tell they were there they cleaned up so well!!! To say that this company is HIGHLY recommended is an understatement! For as long as they exist, they will be my go to HVAC company!

The service technician (Ryan) did an excellent job fixing our AC issue and was very informative about the maintenance process, & answered all our questions & explained everything very thoroughly. As first time homeowners, it was very educational and helpful knowing what to do going forward with keeping the air cooling/heating systems of our house well maintained so they last as long as possible.

Can't begin to tell you how great it was having Korey come do the annual tune up on my AC system. Not only was he one of the most pleasant people I've had service the system he was also very knowledgeable. Despite the 90 plus degree heat he took the time to explain everything to me and help me understand how everything works and what could help make it more efficient. I'm so pleased with the service that I will be having Korey and Quality Heating and Cooling service my boiler this fall. Thank you for great service!

What an amazing company! Our central AC stopped working and they were able to swap in a new unit the next day! Plus their prices were so reasonable. They even vacuumed up the area where they worked when they were done. Very professional and polite. Highly recommended to anyone in need of heating, cooling or plumbing repairs, service and maintenance. 5 star rating with pleasure!
